SELF-RESCUE
I personally enjoy climbing and abseiling. Despite my physical fitness.

In this video I demonstrated one of the key skills required. Which is to be able to rescue myself if my top prusik gets stuck. In a situation which this scenario could happen is for if i were to go abseiling somewhere without a belayer i use a top prusik. The top prusik is used as a safety. Which is important in this case as we always have to have at least one safety attached at all time.

The feelings i felt while doing this was just utter stress. But, despite how tired i was (due to my physical wellbeing) i kept my head on straight and did everything to the best of my abilities.

Through this it actually helped me learn more about myself on how i have a very strong mind and will always persevere.
ANCHOR SYSTEMS
Learning and being able to set up anchoring systems. To me I feel that it is quite a dandy and useful skill as it could be needed in situations where one would be out in a area without an anchor to do what you want to do.

With learning these two kinds of anchoring systems I feel very reliable and accomplished. The videos shown, shows how I am able to carry out and perform my skills with efficiency.

The scenario required me to create a two-point self-equalizing anchoring system with webbing and two-point anchoring system with accessory cords respectively.
I have loved climbing since I was a kid but lately I just never had the means to climb. This module has shaped me professionally by making me tougher as a person and learning that I have to persevere through situations even though they are difficult. This module has also thought me the necessary skills needed as a climber. How the steps I were thought to use and key principles thought were for my own safety and enjoyment.
